How we are working during the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic:

Last updated: February 24 2021

  • To help protect ourselves and our clients, we swapped all face to face assessments to our virtual consultations at the end of March 2020. However, we can return to workplaces and homes that are Covid Secure, if there is no reasonable way to conduct work remotely.

  • We will adhere to all government guidelines such as social distancing, asking to open nearby windows if possible, appropriate use of PPE (face mask and shield), regular hand sanitising and keeping any necessary closer contact requirements (i.e. when taking anthropometric measurements) to a very minimum time frame.

  • We will also happily adhere to any additional sensible guidelines that a client requests.

  • We ask that if you, or anyone in your household or bubble, are displaying any symptoms (a new and continuous cough, high temperature, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, or shortness of breath), that you please let us know as soon as possible before an onsite visit so we can rearrange the visit accordingly.

  • All DSE Assessor Training however is still being conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams, for the time being.
