Joanne has worked within the Ergonomics sector for the past eight years, after completing a Masters Degree in Applied Exercise Physiology and developing a passion for exploring ways to help the human body work as efficiently as possible. During her employment with one of the worlds leading Ergonomic companies, she further honed her skills to understand how to analyse working tasks and postures, by completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Ergonomics and Human Factors. More recently, she has completed a Level 3 in Education and Training to enable her to share her knowledge and experience with DSE Assessors in training.

Joanne focuses on the outcome for the individual and is not tied to any supplier/manufacturer. Therefore her focus is not on the sale of any product or software, but is instead on problem solving for the customers’ best interests, ensuring an unbiased service. She has extensive product knowledge from a wide range of suppliers, providing a vast resource of suggestions for improvements.

Joanne prides herself on helping every individual get the most out of their working life and reducing the risks associated with activities such as repetitive tasks and prolonged sitting. She provides a caring, conscientious and professional service, ensuring you understand every step of the process, alongside how (and more importantly, why) things could be improved.
